two This home is an excellent location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! On the other hand, it's in extreme need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Earlier reviews pointed out the outdoor spigot not working - it's still not working. Therefore the house got a lot of sand in it.

The coffee table was broken, 2 with the 3 plastic chairs outside have been damaged. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make a huge improvement to the deck. The house has so much potential it can be unfortunate to find out it getting operate down. I Unquestionably loved the area, but if improvements will not be made would not rent house all over again.
